Do I own my site once it's delivered?+
Yes, absolutely. As soon as it's delivered, your site belongs entirely to you: all access, files and rights are yours. No mandatory subscription. You manage your site independently, or keep working with us only because you find value in it.
How long does it take to build my site?+
Allow 1 to 2 weeks for a showcase site, once all the materials are gathered (copy, photos, information). For e-commerce or a more complex project, 4 to 6 weeks. A precise timeline is shared with you from the start.
Will I be able to edit my site myself?+
Yes. We choose a solution together that fits your needs and your comfort level with digital tools. This way, you can easily manage your site's content independently. Training can also be arranged to help you get comfortable with the tool.
Will my site work on mobile?+
Yes, always. All our sites use responsive design and automatically adapt to every screen. Since most visits happen on mobile, it's an absolute priority.
I already own a domain name, can I keep it?+
Absolutely. If you already own a domain name, we can keep it and redirect it to your new site. You remain the owner of your domain. If it's currently with a third-party provider, we'll handle transferring it for you. If you don't have one yet, we help you choose and manage it.
How does support work after my site is delivered?+
We offer two options tailored to your needs: an annual plan for ongoing support and updates without managing quotes for each request, or pay-as-you-go if you only need occasional assistance. In both cases, any work is confirmed with a quote or approval before proceeding.
What if I want to switch agencies later?+
You're completely free to do so. We hand over all access and files. If you want to work with someone else, you can do so without losing anything. Our model is built on trust, not lock-in.
